Step 1: Ready, Set, Go…get started. Learn to be healthy and fit. Practice what you learn.
Step 2: Keep Going…reach a daily goal. Eat healthy snacks and meals. Be physically active, get outdoors.
Step 3: Go Public… raise your VOICES for healthy CHOICES. Share your project with your community. Share the challenge at a 4-H event. Celebrate success!
