From the Concord area:

• From Interstate I-93 merge onto US-202 E / US-4 E via EXIT 15E toward LOUDON / PORTSMOUTH.
• Follow US-4 East to the Lee Traffic Circle.
• Enter the circle and go ½ way around to continue on US-4.
• Take the RT-155A S ramp toward DURHAM / U.N.H.
• Bear right off ramp, yield RIGHT onto NH-155A.
• Continue toward the UNH campus; barns and greenhouses on left and tennis courts on right.
• Go over the hill, (this is a bridge over the railroad tracks) and turn right at the traffic lights onto College Road.
• College Road becomes McDaniel Drive. At the stop sign turn left onto Mill Road. Take the first left back onto College Road. 
• Spaulding Hall is the last building on your right before the turn around.
• Park in the driveway/active loading dock space or 1 of the 2 loading spaces on College Rd with your 4 way flashers on. You will have 30 minutes.
• Enter through the double doors at the end of the building and do one of the following:
• For the Arthropod Identification Center and the Soil Lab – Go down the stairs on your right. Enter the basement level hallway and go approximately 1/3 of the way down the hall. Room G28 is on the right. Both soils and insects can be dropped off here. 
• For the Plant Diagnostic Lab – Go down the stairs on your right. Enter the basement level hallway and go about halfway down the hall. The Lab, Room G37, will be on your left. Samples can also be dropped off in G28.

From the Manchester area:

• Take Route 101 East.
• Take Exit 7, Route 125 towards Epping/Kingston.
• Turn LEFT onto NH-125 / CALEF HWY.
• Stay on Route 125 until you get to the Lee Traffic Circle.
• Enter the circle and take 1st exit onto US-4 E.
• Take the RT-155A S ramp toward DURHAM / UNH
• Bear right off ramp, yield RIGHT onto NH-155A.
• Continue toward the UNH campus; barns and greenhouses on left and tennis courts on right.
• Go over the hill, (this is a bridge over railroad tracks) and turn right at the traffic lights onto College Road.
• College Road becomes McDaniel Drive. At the stop sign turn left onto Mill Road. Take the first left back onto College Road.
• Spaulding Hall is the last building on your right before the turn around.
• Park in the driveway/ active loading dock space or 1 of the 2 loading spaces on College Rd. with your 4 way flashers on. You will have 30 minutes.
• Enter through the double doors at the end of the building and follow the last 2 steps for the Concord area directions.

From Rochester:

• NH-16 S / SPAULDING TURNPIKE (Portions toll).
• Take the RT-9 W / RT-155 W exit- EXIT 8W- toward MADBURY.
• Bear RIGHT onto NH-155 / W KNOX MARSH RD.
• In Madbury, just past Police/Fire complex, turn LEFT onto MADBURY RD.
• At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 4.
• Take the RT-155A S ramp toward DURHAM / U.N.H.
• Stay left and at the stop sign turn LEFT onto NH-155A.
• Continue toward the UNH campus; barns and greenhouses on left and tennis courts on right.
• Go over the hill, (this is a bridge over railroad tracks) and turn right at the traffic lights onto College Road.
• College Road becomes McDaniel Drive. At the stop sign turn left onto Mill Road. Take the first left back onto College Road.
• Spaulding Hall is the last building on your right before the turn around.
• Park in the driveway/ active loading dock space or 1 of the 2 loading spaces on College Rd with your 4 way flashers on. You will have 30 minutes.
• Enter through the double doors at the end of the building and follow the last 2 steps for the Concord area directions.

From NH Seacoast:

• From Portsmouth, US-4 W / NH-16 N / SPAULDING TURNPIKE (Portions toll).
• Merge onto US-4 W via EXIT 6E /Durham-UNH. This is the last exit before the toll.
• Take the Route 108/UNH Durham exit. Left at the end of the ramp onto Route 108.
• At the stop light stay right to go up the hill. After passing the Post Office on your right, get in the left hand lane (2 lanes one way), bear left. At Main Street bear left again. Take your first right off of Main Street onto Mill Road. The Durham Shopping Plaza will be on your left. College Road is your first road on the right after the shopping plaza.
• Spaulding Hall is the last building on your right before the turn around.
• Park in the driveway/ active loading dock space or 1 of the 2 loading spaces on College Rd. with your 4 way flashers on. You will have 30 minutes.
• Enter through the double doors at the end
