The Profile Event - The Follow-up Meeting

The follow-up meeting is held approximately 1-2 weeks after the Profile event and is generally held on a weeknight for 2 hours.  This is a facilitated workshop meant for the project or “action groups” which are formed at the Profile to have the opportunity to have additional resources (people, tools, etc) to begin outlining their timeline and activities to accomplish their goals.  The intent of starting with all the groups getting together at one meeting following the meeting is to report back to each other at the end of the night with their plans and then share with the group their next meeting date/location so that others can join them in their work.  This also sets the stage for all of the action groups to report back to each other on a semi-regular basis (some meet bi-monthly; some quarterly) to share struggles and gain input from the other groups as well as celebrate their successes.
