Community Capacity Assessment: This interactive, web-based tool enables cities and towns to assess their capacity to address a range of issues pertaining to the following topic areas: - Economic Vitality - Sustainable Environment - Cultural and Historic Preservation - Health and Well Being - Services for Youth, Families, and Seniors - Social Networks and Civic Engagement
The tool was developed by UNH Cooperative Extension's Strengthening New
Hampshire Communities Program in collaborators with the University of
Vermont Cooperative Extension, the Vermont Center for Rural Studies,
and the University of Maine Cooperative Extension.
