Grafton County - Driving Directions

• From Durham
  Take Route 4 West to 393. Take 393 to Rte. 93 North. Stay on Rte. 93 North to Exit 26. Travel on Rte 25 ( Mt Moosilauke Highway) heading west approximately 35 miles. At the Rte 10 intersection, take a right and travel six miles to the Grafton County complex. The Grafton County Administrative Building is on the left, a large brick building with white pillars, (attached to the Nursing Home). The entrance faces Route 10. The Extension Office is on the first floor.  Handicapped parking is located in the rear of the building (follow the signs).
  
  
• From Interstate 91 (Hanover/Lebanon area)
  Take I91 to Wells River, Rte. 302 to Woodsville, Rte. 10 South 3 Miles to Grafton County complex. The Grafton County Administrative Building is on the right, a large brick building with white pillars, (attached to the Nursing Home). The entrance faces Route 10. The Extension Office is on the first floor.  Handicapped parking is located in the rear of the building (follow the signs).
  
  
• From Interstate 93 (Manchester area)
  Take I93 North to Plymouth, Exit 26, Travel on Rte 25 ( Mt Moosilauke Highway) heading west approximately 35 miles. • From Parts North (Littleton, Lancaster)
  Travel on Rte 302 south, (this turns into Rte 10 south in Woodsville) to the Grafton County complex. The Grafton County Administrative Building is on the right, a large brick building with white pillars, (attached to the Nursing Home). The entrance faces Route 10. The Extension Office is on the first floor.  Handicapped parking is located in the rear of the building (follow the signs).

The Grafton County Nutrition Connections program is housed at the Whole Village Center.

• From the West (Haverhill)
  Take NH Route 25 East (Mt. Moosilauke Highway).  Go around the roundabout and take the second exit, to stay on NH Route 25 East and NH Route 3A.  Go almost 2 miles, turn right onto Highland Street.  The Whole Village Center is approximately 4 tenths of a mile on the left.  It is located at 258 Highland Street.

• From the South (Concord)
  Take I93 North.  Take exit 26.  Take Route 25 / Route 3A West toward Plymouth and Rumney.  Drive on this for approximately 2 miles.  Turn left onto Highland St.  The Whole Village Center is approximately 4 tenths of a mile on the left.  It is located at 258 Highland Street.
