Rockingham County Demonstration Garden

The Rockingham County Demonstration Garden is supported by UNH Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners. The gardens are across the street from the UNH Cooperative Extension offices at 113 North Road in Brentwood, NH. The weekly garden sessions will be cancelled when there is bad weather. The public is welcome to visit the gardens (free of charge), ask garden questions, and bring soil samples for pH testing. The gardens are open:

  • Monday evenings, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Thursday mornings, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

  • Flower, Herb, and Vegetable Gardens
  • Square Foot Gardening (planting in 4’ x 4’ raised beds to see how much food can be produced in this small space)

This year’s Annual Garden Fest theme is “Food Among the Flowers." The Garden Fest will be held Saturday, August 22nd from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
