Gail Kennedy, MSW The Family & Consumer Resources program helps individuals and families to increase knowledge and skills in order to achieve their goals. Programs provide information on a variety of subjects, including money management, increasing parenting and family communication skills, promoting healthy lifestyles, and reduction of food borne illness. |

Sandy Trybulski The Nutrition Connections program provides education to both adults and youth on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Topics covered include nutrition, fitness, food safety and budgeting. This program targets adults & families up to 185% of poverty level as well as schools with high rates of free & reduced meals. Classes are offered in group settings, as home visits, in classrooms and via the mail. |
