Changes in the Current Use Assessment Announced
This tax year’s current use assessment ranges were approved and became effective on April 1, 2012. The farmland, unproductive and wetland assessments weren’t changed, but the forest land categories changed. The changes to the forest land assessments are the result of a new way of determining the value of forest land. Read more.
Seedlings still available from the NH State Forest Nursery
If you delayed planning your tree and shrub planting this Spring, the NH State Forest Nursery still has seedlings available for purchase. Most of the 50 species grown there are still in inventory and being sold on a first come, first served basis through May.

Volunteers Needed for Unique Forest Pest Survey Project
