Wildlife Species: CANADA LYNX

The Canada lynx is a state-endangered species in New Hampshire and threatened in the Lower 48 states. Maine has a resident, breeding population of lynx, and recent evidence has shown lynx may pass through northern New Hampshire, though no breeding populations are thought to currently exist.
