Wildlife Species: OSPREY
Osprey - conservation status & current trends |
The osprey, also called a "fish hawk," preys on fish found in large waterways across the state. Osprey have made a comeback in New Hampshire, and are no longer listed as a threatened species in the state, though they remain a species of conservation concern.
