Our school-enrichment, after-school, andsummer programs reach school-age children and teens. Extension nutrition programs help youth develop into healthy adults by teaching them to make good choices related to diet, physical activity, and food safety.

What we do:

Our goal is to help low-income families and children improve their diets and learn to get the most for their food dollars.

Nutrition Connections is New Hampshire's home for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Food Stamp Nutrition Education (FSNE). We offer these programs at no cost to low-income families.
