Maple Sugaring Workshops 2010
The sap will be running soon! Have you thought about making your own maple syrup? Choose the workshop near you and find out all the steps from tree to table. All aspects of maple sugaring will be covered, including tree
identification, tapping, collecting, boiling sap, and finishing, filtering, and
packing syrup. Equipment and supplies needed, especially sizing and operating
small evaporators, homemade and commercial, will also be discussed.
