Vendor-based training (Fee based)
Computing & Info Services (CIS) offers hands-on classes in Windows and all applications in the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.) In addition, they offer classes in Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, PageMaker, and PhotoShop. These courses are offered in cooperation with New Horizons at a discount to UNH staff. Classes are usually $99 for a full day of training, and come with a training manual.

Opportunities for FREE training
- CIS offers training in BlackBoard free of charge to UNHCE employees.
- CIS also offers a series of free mini-courses in topics such as general PC, using the internet, virus protection, spyware avoidance, and mini-session on popular software applications. These classes are generally 2 hours in length and conducted in their hands-on training lab on the Durham campus.
