Element K Training

 

Element K offers training resources in a variety of applications. Their offerings take several different forms.

 

Element K and Adobe

Adobe has joined forces with them to make some of Element K's offerings in Adobe applications available to the general public. One-year subscriptions to on-line services in a specific topic, such as Photoshop, are discounted to employees of educational institutions.

They have a section with Free curriculum resources which can be used for self-training, as well as curriculums to be presented.

Other products

Element K also offers training in Corel WordPerfect, all Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Windows XP, and the Internet.

 

They offer these on a subscription basis. Subscriptions for each application, such as Word, cost approximately $100 a year. (The cost varies by topic.) They include a monthly publication, unlimited on-line tutorial, and the ability to search all archived publications on that application. Once one person in our organization has registered for a topic, additional users can be added for $20 per person.
