Strategic Plan Implementation Progress

The Strategic Plan Implementation Team (SPIT) meets monthly to develop plans and implement strategies identified in the current strategic plan. Members of the team represent a diverse group of individuals that reflect all segments of the organization:

  • Amy Oullette, Extension Educator Merrimack County (Agricultural Resources)

Strategic Plan Implementation Team (SPIT) Meeting Minutes

Progress is reported against three strategic goals:

  • Goal 1 - UNH Cooperative Extension will enhance its responsiveness to significant issues facing youth, families and communities, the state’s natural resources and its economy in a changing social and natural environment.
  • Goal 2 - UNH Cooperative Extension will provide effective outreach through high-quality programming.
  • Goal 3 - UNH Cooperative Extension will be recognized and valued by New Hampshire citizens and University of New Hampshire community members as an integral link between the needs of New Hampshire citizens and UNH’s land-, sea- and space-grant missions.
