- Volunteers Train to Become 4-H Shooting Sports Instructors
The shooting sports project is different from other 4-H projects because leaders must be officially certified before they are able to teach youth. Workshop leaders are trained to teach in one specific discipline — archery, black powder, pistol, rifle, or shotgun. (UNH Cooperative Extension News)
