Application Deadlines: County 4-H Staff must send approved applications to the New Hampshire State 4-H Office to be received by April 15, 2006.

Eligibility: The qualified candidate must be: 1) a current member of 4-H who is currently active in 4-H activities or recent alumnus; and 2) a graduating high school senior, a college freshman, or an individual who has graduated from high school, but has delayed going to college for no more than one year.
