Why, yes you can (I am so glad you asked!). How? It's easy, and with links to the 4-H Home Page and the 4-H Youth Development Staff Resources page (look to your right) it's convenient too!
Now that you are on the gazette blog page you will just tell your browser to make this your home page.
If you are on Netscape just:
Click on Edit, then Preferences
A box will pop up - in about the center of the page it shows the address of your home page, click on the button that says Use Current Page, then OK
If you are on Explorer just:
Click on Tools, then Internet Options
Make sure the General tab is selected and click on the Use Current button in the Home page section and then select OK.
