To clear your cache and cookies in Firefox follow these steps.

1. Select "Tools" from the ribbon list of options at the top of the browser
2. Near the bottom of the window is a selection marked "Clear Private Data" Select this option
3. You should see this window pop up:



4. Check off the cookies and cache selections only
5. Select "Clear Private Data Now"
6. Close down your browser
