The UNHCE Distance Learning Matrix, which contains information on distance learning tools supported by UNH Cooperative Extension, was recently updated.

This tool can familiarize you with various ways of using technology to deliver your programs. It can also help you choose a mode of delivery appropriate for your audience and program needs.

I know I've blogged about Photoshop Express previously (6/08), but I think it is worth mentioning again. It is a free service from Adobe. You may also want to checkout Photoshop.com. You can upload, edit and display* (up to 2GB) your photos. If you already have a Photoshop Express account you already have a Photoshop.com account. Just sign in with your Photoshop Express login information.

*You will also need Flash Player 10 on your computer.

If you are using Contribute and do not have the Contribute toolbar in Firefox you can add it by doing the following:

My Computer > C > Program Files > Adobe > Contribute CS3 > SupportFiles > FirefoxExtension > FirefoxExtensionSetup

Double Click on the FirefoxExtensionSetup icon to install.

Scott Kelby, renowned Photoshop professional and owner of Kelby Training, and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) is hosting a worldwide "Photo Walk" on August 23rd at sites around the world. The free walk is a way to celebrate the release of the update of "The Lightroom 2 Book for Digital Photographers". It's a chance for photography enthusiasts to get to know one another, take photos, learn a thing or two from other photographers and possibly win a copy of the book. The nearest locations are:

Adobe has a wonderful video workshop available for free. You will find videos on all Adobe products. Simply pick the software and choose a title from the list. If you highlight a title, you will see details including length of video and content at the bottom of the screen.
