Fiber Sustainability Metrics

From Matt Tansey---

Here are a few metrics that I am thinking about for next week. These
aren't set in stone, just stuff I'm thinking about.

FIA data:
Average Annual Net growth on Timberland(total and per acre)
Standing Volume per acre

Next are less important but provide context
Forest type by area
Stand size class
Stocking

GIS data (quick and dirty)
Land ownership using Cons land data layer from Granit.
Forest cover type using 2001 land cover data set from Granit
Area of important forest soils groups.

Report of Cut Data
Any and all from the last 5 years

That's whats on my mind. Feel free to add, inquire or alter.
