Food Show in Merrimack County

Food Show is all about learning, tasting and having fun. The emphasis is on healthy eating in conjunction with the MyPyramid chart. Not only is there plenty of food tasting by the judges, there are also activity stations that vary each year. A popular focus is phycial activity.

For those parents that are in the wings waiting, there is aways a parent's progam. This is an educational portion of our Food Show to help educate and strengthen the importance of good nutrition, food safety and exercise.
