Merrimack County Master Gardeners

Merrimack County Cooperative Extension has established a Speakers' Bureau, manned by Master Gardeners, to serve the citizens of our 27 towns.

Who are the Master Gardeners?Gardener

Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who share their enthusiasm for gardening with the general public. Initiated in 1993, more than 600 Master Gardener volunteers have been selected as volunteer educators. Master Gardeners help Extension's programs reach more people. These trained volunteers have provided thousands of hours of volunteer service to their communities through a variety of activities coordinated through their local County Extension office. Learn how to become a master gardener by calling our Education Center and Info Line or visiting their site.
