Nutrition Connections provides life-skills education to limited-income adults, families, and youth in the areas of:

Educational sessions are available through in-home visits, group settings, and learn-by-mail series. Our goal is to motivate and empower participants to:
- Eat healthier and increase physical activity
- Plan and prepare quick, low-cost meals that are tasty and nutritious
- Prevent food borne illness
- Read and understand food labels to select nutritious foods
- Save $$$ at the supermarket while making healthier choices
