Land and Water Conservation - Phil Auger
UNH Cooperative Extension‘s Land and Water Conservation Program works with private landowners, conservation organizations, and communities toward the common goal of conserving land and water resources for future generations. Often this work involves providing permanent land conservation options to landowners and families to help guide family decisions and estate planning. This position also acts as a liaison between conservation organizations and communities. Education is provided through one-on-one contact, workshops, and a variety of evening and weekend programs. This position provides help and guidance with conservation easements, property and estate taxes, conservation grants, fiscal impact studies, and community based conservation funding.
