Senior Fit

Tuesdays & Thursdays: September 15 through December 3 (12 weeks) from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The Senior Fit Program is a strength training program for adults who want to increase flexibility and joint movement. Senior Fit includes stretches, balance, and flexibility exercises for older adults. All exercises are done while seated in a chair, or standing with the use of a chair or wall for support.

Eating Right: Getting the Most Out Of Your Meals

Class meets every Tuesday for six weeks: October 27, November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Lunch will be prepared by the group and eaten together!

  • Stretching Your Food Dollar!!

This FREE cooking and nutrition series includes a FREE package of recipe ingredients that will be provided at the end of several classes for preparation of meals at home.

Starting Over...New Choices, New Directions

This two-hour course is presented to New Hampshire bankruptcy filers in order to meet the necessary requirement for personal financial education, as specified by federal bankruptcy law. Upon completion of this course and submission of a course evaluation form, a certificate of completion will be provided to each participant.
