ServSafe® is a national food safety certification program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and is recognized by the NH Bureau of Food Protection. This one-day training provides participants with the latest science-based information on food safety and best practices in the industry. The ServSafe® program applies food safety to every aspect of the food service operation. The ServSafe® examination is administered at the end of the day. Participants will be expected to study the manual prior to attending the class. Passing requires a grade of 75%. Certification is valid for five years. The course is taught by UNH Cooperative Extension Educators who are ServSafe® Certified Instructors. Class size limited to 25 participants.
Cost for this program is $135.00 per person, includes: Essentials Book, Examination, Refreshments. Lunch is on your own.
