This course follows the flow of food throughout an establishment. Participants will learn what conditions enhance the growth of bacteria that causes food borne illnesses along with the safest way to receive, store, prepare, cook and serve food for their customers. Practical information on training staff is included. At the end of the course, the National Restaurant Association ServSafe certification exam will be administered (approximately 3:30 p.m.).
