Serving it Safe

Tuesday November 24, and Monday November 30 from 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM.

Serving it Safe is a food safety and sanitation training for food service employees in the school environment. The topics include causes of foodborne illness, maintaining good personal hygiene, and safe food practices through all steps in the flow of food.
