Class will be held at the Red Jacket Mountain View, North Conway, NH. The course will be taught by Ann Hamilton, ServSafe® certified instructor. ServSafe® is a national food safety certification program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. The cost is $135 per person and includes the 5th Edition Essentials Book and examination. Examination is administered at 3:00 p.m. For more information, contact Betty Lou Canty at (603) 447-3834.
