"Preserving Your Harvest" workshops are the perfect opportunity to hear about the latest research-based methods and recipes for preserving food safely at home, asking questions, and sharing experiences.
Workshop topics will include an overview of preserving food safely at home; jams and jellies; pickling; canning fruits, tomatoes and salsa; canning vegetables; freezing; and drying food. UNH Cooperative Extension Field Specialists will also demonstrate how to use a water bath canner.
