The story behind the photo: TNC’s Lubberland Creek Preserve located in Newmarket.  This property is a  portion of the 120 acre Preserve and this particular parcel was originally conserved through the LCIP program in 1989.  In 2005 the property was acquired by The Nature Conservancy and the LCIP conservation easement was expanded for a total of 32 acres.
