Extension Educator, Forest Resources
Biography
Andy Fast is a Forest Resources Extension Educator for the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension. He has experience in a range of land management related positions in the northeast and western United States with the U.S. Forest Service, Marin Conservation Corps, and the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests. His primary responsibility for UNH Cooperative Extension is to provide technical assistance and outreach education to the landowners, natural resources professionals, and municipalities of Belknap County, New Hampshire in forestry, wildlife, and conservation. As part UNH Cooperative Extension’s mission to provide unbiased research-based information to residents of New Hampshire, Andy has provided one-on-one consultation to landowners, participated in informational meetings and workshops, and has supported research initiatives and technology transfer. Andrew is available to meet with residents of New Hampshire free of cost and can be contacted through the UNH Cooperative Extension office in Laconia, NH.
