Marilyn Sullivan
Extension Educator, Family & Consumer Resources

Marilyn Sullivan provides educational programming primarily in the areas of family finance and food safety.

Our family finance programs are designed to help adults, teens, and youth improve their money management skills, to increase financial knowledge, and to enhance their financial decision-making skills. Through seminars, workshops, publications, and learn-at-home opportunities, participants learn strategies to reduce debt and increase saving, while improving their financial literacy.

In the foods safety area, Marilyn is ServSafe certified. She teaches food service personnel, volunteers, and consumers how to handle food safely and how to reduce the risk of foodborne illness in a commercial setting or at home. Marilyn conducts workshops on current food preservation techniques for consumers.

She also presents workshops on making healthy food and healthy lifestyle choices.
