4-H Foundation of NH Dollars Benefit NH 4-H

The funds raised by the 4-H Foundation of New Hampshire help support 4-H programs as we invest in the youth of  New Hampshire. Here are just a few of the projects we help to fund throughout the year.

National 4-H Congress DelegatesRepresenting New Hampshire at National 4-H Conference April 5-10, 2014 were Elizabeth Attisano – Strafford; Madeleine Bergeron – Hillsborough; Patrick Roberts – Cheshire; Emily Gibson – Strafford; and Michelle Bersaw, UNH Cooperative Extension 4-H Program Coordinator from Merrimack County as Chaperone.

Selected through the resume and interview process, this team met with our national congressional delegation, toured DC and worked on current issues facing youth and 4-H with representatives from around the country.

NH 4-H Horse Quiz Bowl Team Wins First Place


New Hampshire youth earned the highest honors among more than 300 of the nation’s most knowledgeable 4-H horse program members during the 2012 Eastern National 4-H Horse Roundup, an annual event held in Louisville, KY. (Read more)

 NH Delegation Attends the 2012 National 4-H Congress

 Over 200 youth from all over New Hampshire converged on the UNH campus for the annual 4-H Teen Conference. The “4-H Exploratory Challenge” in the Granite State Room featured 30 hands-on science exhibits. (Read more)
