Ann Belisle Hamilton is a Field Specialist in Food & Agriculture with a focus on food safety. Her interests and specialties include safe food handling for food service staff, school personnel, farmers and consumers. Ann is a certified ServSafe® instructor and proctor. Catherine Violette is an Extension Professor and Specialist in Food & Agriculture. Her focus is food safety and nutrition. She also teaches in the UNH Nutrition Program.
