Jared Reynolds Honored with the Concord Young Professional of the Month Award

 Jared Reynolds UNH Cooperative Extension

Jared Reynolds began his Extension career just one year ago as a Community and Economic Development Field Specialist in Merrimack County. He is already making waves in Concord. This past month, he was honored with the Young Professional of the Month award by the Concord Young Professionals Network (CYPN), thanks in large part for his tireless work with local economic development groups in the region. In addition, he is helping to coordinate a “1 Million Cups of Tea” network in Concord, which is aimed at fostering budding entrepreneurs by helping them to bump elbows, share ideas and support each other.

Prior to working with Cooperative Extension, Reynold spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco. After that, he worked for AECOM, a multi-national firm that provides design, consulting, construction, economic development and management services to a range of clients, including municipalities. In his role with AECOM, he conducted economic, financial, and demographic analysis for municipalities to help guide decision making.
