Join us for our 4th Annual NH 4-H Volunteers Leaders Conference.  The theme this year is Lighting the Way for Our 4-H Youth: Be the spark!  As Volunteer Leaders, you provide the Spark for youth to thrive and grow into “True Leaders.”

Wild or lowbush blueberries are sought out for their high antioxidant and anthocyanin content. Wild blueberries are one of the best things you can eat for brain health, and are considered a superfruit. While the wild or uncultivated berry is most commonly associated with the Downeast region in Maine, there is also substantial acreage of the wild plant in eastern New Hampshire. Historically this was a main crop for many farmers around Lake Winnipesaukee and into the White Mountain region.
