This seminar for orchardists will be held at the UNH Cooperative Extension office in Goffstown from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov 9, 2019.
The featured speaker is Dr. Laura Nixon, post-doctoral associate at the USDA-ARS Appalachian Fruit Research Station in Kearneysville, WV. Dr. Nixon will be addressing Brown Marmorated Stink Bug Management, the Spotted Wing Drosophila/Apple Maggot Attracticidal Sphere Project, and an Overview on Spotted Lanternfly as a potential problem for New Hampshire. There will also be two orchardist panel discussions. NH Pesticide Recertification credits will be available.
