Welcome to the Carroll County 4-H program. 4-H provides experiences where young people learn by doing. In a positive environment, youth complete hands-on projects in areas like health, science, agriscience, and citizenship. 4-Her's receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles.
Carroll County 4-H offers many different ways to participate in 4-H.
- Community 4-H Clubs
- SPIN's (Topic based short term programs, 2-4 weeks)
- Outdoor education
- Shooting sports
- Large and small animals (horse, dairy, sheep, poultry, goats, beef, etc.)
