Estate planning and land protection can be an important part of a landowner’s woodland stewardship. Join Daniel Luker and Martha Fox, attorneys with Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, PLLP to learn how to preserve your land for future generations. This session will use the publication Protecting your Legacy: A New Hampshire landowner's guide to conservation-based estate planning. We will cover the relationship between your forest management plan and estate planning; involving family in estate planning; common conservation options, and the role and responsibility of land trust. You will need an email address to have the webinar link and key emailed to you.
