Educator Workshop: Engineering Cars with STEM Docents

88 Commercial St
UNH Manchester
Manchester, NH 03101
United States

The engineering design process is about developing ideas to solve problems.  Simple toy cars are a great way to explore this design process through asking questions, developing ideas, building and testing.  We will build simple cars and tweak their designs to make them roll straight and fast, then we’ll add power using the energy from rubber bands or mousetraps to see how fast or far they can travel.

November 4, in-person at UNH Manchester, 88 Commercial Street, Manchester, NH  (4-6 p.m.)
Nov 18, Remote (4-6 p.m.)
