Join UNH Extension State Forestry Specialist, Steve Roberge, for a morning of maple syrup. Making maple syrup is a science and takes extra time and attention to make good quality maple syrup. This workshop will feature how maple syrup is graded and how the quality is determined. Participants will have a hands-on experience and get to taste the different grades of maple syrup.
