Join Mike Gagnon and Matt Tarr for a relaxed ramble focused on wetland shrub identification. Together, we’ll examine branching patterns, leaf shape and structure, flowers, fruits, and how each species functions as habitat for wildlife.

Come prepared for sun, ticks, and other biting insects, and for some walking on uneven ground. Space is limited, and registration is required. For questions about this outing, please contact Mike Gagnon at michael.gagnon@unh.edu.

Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and UNH Cooperative Extension.
