A multi-faceted brain health program that goes beyond simple brain games focusing on lifestyle factors that impact brain health, and memory strategies that participants can implement in their daily lives.
This course has a cost of $25.00 to cover materials. This is a self-paced online course with access to the course for 8 weeks. January registration link.
