Join us for us for this walk led by UNH-CE foresters, Wendy Scribner and Lindsay Watkins, at Teneriffe Mountain to learn more about your local woods!

Topics Include:

  • Invasives
  • Tree ID
  • Insects & Diseases
  • Crown Spacing & Tree Health
  • Thinning your trees
  • Creating openings for new growth
  • And more!

Details:

Bring your own lunch and plenty of water! This will be a moderately strenuous hike with some uneven terrain. Be sure to bring bug spray and dress appropriately for the weather. ​

This event has been organized by Carroll County Conservation District in collaboration with UNH Extension, Moose Mountains Regional Greenways, and Strafford County Conservation District.
