5:45 - 6:00 p.m.: What's new and upcoming at Gardener’s Supply Company

6:00 - 6:30 p.m.: Things to consider when offering new product lines or utilizing new market channels. Adding cut flowers to your garden center?  Adding nursery stock to your production greenhouse?  Maybe adding on water garden installs?  How do we make these decisions intelligently?  How do we assess their success?  How can we shield ourselves from risk when expanding our offerings? Presenter TBD

6:30 - 7:20 p.m.: Moderated group discussion.  We will learn from one another’s successes and failures!
