New England dairy producers are invited to attend a free webinar about A1 and A2 milk. Penn State University associate professor Chad Dechow will discuss genetic selection and health considerations for A1 milk, including the difference between A1 and A2 milk, the reported health benefits of A2 milk, breed differences, and selection and genetic testing for A2 milk.
The webinar also includes a dairy revenue protection insurance update with William Ferris, risk management specialist with the USDA Risk Management Agency.
