Due to the public health concern caused by the COVID-19 virus, UNH administration made the decision to cancel all UNH Cooperative Extension events, programs and noncredit classes through May 4. The health and safety of our staff and the many members of our New Hampshire communities that participate in our programs is most important. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.


Join us for one of two presentations of grafting principles and hands-on workshop of bench grafting techniques. Bring all of your questions about timing, techniques, and tools.

Each participant will go home with two grafted apple trees!


April 17 will be at Winnisquam Regional High School Agricultural Center, 435 West Main Street, Tilton, NH (5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.)-check-in 5:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

April 18 will be at Hillsborough County Complex, 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH (10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.)-check-in 9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.


Please bring hand-held pruners if you have a pair to trim rootstock and scion wood during the grafting process.

Special fee is $25 for individuals; $40 per couple.
