[CANCELED] - UNH Extension Pesticide Safety Initial Certification Training -PRIVATE APPLICATORS-Sullivan County
Due to the public health concern caused by the COVID-19 virus, UNH administration made the decision to cancel all UNH Cooperative Extension events, programs and noncredit classes through April 5. The health and safety of our staff and the many members of our New Hampshire communities that participate in our programs is most important. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this uncertain time.
The University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension will offer trainings in March for Private Applicators.
Trainings will prepare prospective applicators for the private applicator certification exams at the operational level. Please note that this course does not satisfy the requirements for applicators looking to get certified as Supervisory Registration Certification - General Use Applicators. Attendance at an initial certification training class is not required for certification at the operational level. However, it does help direct the studying. Instructors will provide a review of the information found in the National Pesticide Applicator Certification Core Manual, NH Code of Administrative Rules, and the Worker Protection Standard for Agricultural Pesticides. Private applicator testing will be held the last day of training at each location.
March 12th: 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
